AO lost a star becauce their customer service is abysmal. Ordered May 10 with an estimated completion of 15-21 days. Having heard nothing I emailed AO on June 3 (24 days) requesting an update. No response. Having given a lot if money to a stranger over a month ago, I emailed again on June 9 (30 days now) wanting only an update. They responded same day this time, saying they would send a tracking number as soon as it’s dispatched to a courier. Ten days later (June 18) I had heard nothing and had no tracking number. The Shop app reported only “waiting on information.” I emailed again. They responded immediately and apologized, saying they were very busy. The next day i received a UPS tracking number from them. I tracked the shipment and UPS reported they had not received anything. No communication from AO. My package finally arrived Jun 25, 46 days after order. Product was well packaged and arrived intact. I love the product but their customer service is poor
