Order

Once you place an order with us, an automated order confirmation will be sent instantly to the email address you provided at checkout. Automated emails may occasionally be misfiled as spam, so please check your spam or junk folder as well. If you do not find the confirmation there either, please reach out to us via our official contact form.

Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. Once the order is confirmed, the sculpture is typically completed within 1–3 weeks. For quantity order, please contact us at info@AtelierOrna.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

For orders that have been paid but not yet shipped, we can process your cancellation immediately. Please contact us at info@AtelierOrna.com at your earliest convenience. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please follow our return process to send the order back to us upon receipt.

Absolutely—AtelierOrna provides full shipping insurance for all artwork deliveries we arrange. You have no cause for concern, and there are no hidden costs whatsoever.

Unfortunately, parcels may occasionally fail to be delivered due to various unforeseen reasons, and in such cases, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will send you an email to confirm whether you wish to have the parcel resent. If we receive your reply within 48 hours, we will arrange redelivery to the address you specify. If no response is received within 48 hours, your order will be processed as a return, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once your parcel is transferred to our logistics partner, we will send a shipping confirmation email to you containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder—automated emails are occasionally misfiled as spam by email servers.

We are committed to preparing and transferring your order to our logistics partner for shipment as quickly as possible. Once production is finished, shipment arrangements are based on the sculpture's size: Tabletop Sculptures: Shipped by air freight, with an estimated delivery time of 7–12 days. Floor Sculptures: Shipped by sea freight due to their size and weight, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 weeks. Please note that high order volume (e.g., following sales promotions or raffles) may cause slight delivery delays. We appreciate your patience.

We use trusted global carriers including DHL, FedEx and USPS for air shipments, with the specific carrier selected based on delivery destination and real-time service availability. For sea freight, we arrange shipments via the optimal shipping route available at the time of dispatch to ensure reliable, efficient delivery.

We offer a clear return and exchange policy, under which customers may return the item or request a brand-new artwork replacement within the specified time frame if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your purchase—you of course have the right to initiate a return. To start the process, please contact our team at info@AtelierOrna.com. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for the return address and process. Please note: returns sent to us without a prior request will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, you can reach out to us at info@AtelierOrna.com at any time. To complete your return, include the return slip enclosed with your order and send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to be accepted. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt and initiate a refund if it meets our return criteria. We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, with a processing time of up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package. All artworks are eligible for return; however, return terms vary for some pieces—buyers may be responsible for additional shipping fees and customs duties on certain artworks.

We will send you an email notification and initiate your refund (if applicable) as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item. Refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to process, depending on your original payment method. Our team will contact you directly if we have any questions regarding your return.

Refunds are usually made within approximately 3-7 working days after the return is processed. For some payment methods and banks, it may take a little longer. Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used when you placed the order.

Unfortunately, the item does not seem to have been returned to us in its original condition. Our returns department thoroughly inspects the condition of all returns and checks for defects and odors. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns with defects as we would be unable to resell the items in question. If you are unhappy with our decision, you can respond to the returns rejection e-mail to provide an explanation.

If your parcel has not arrived or its tracking status has shown no updates for 10 business days, please email us at info@AtelierOrna.com. Our team will promptly submit an inquiry to the shipping carrier on your behalf. In most cases, the tracking status will update shortly after our follow-up, and your parcel will be delivered to your designated shipping address within a few days.

We apologize for the substandard delivery experience—receiving a damaged item does not align with AtelierOrna's quality standards. Please email our customer service team at info@AtelierOrna.com and include clear photos of both the damaged item and its outer packaging. Upon receiving your email, our team will review the issue with the claims department and get back to you promptly. Please retain the original outer packaging until you receive our response: the damage may have been caused by the shipping carrier, and the packaging is required for our official damage report to them.

If your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, it may have been delivered to a third party at your address. Please click the carrier's tracking link to check the designated recipient and delivery details. If the tracking shows you as the recipient yet the parcel is still missing, please contact our support team via the official contact form on our website. Our team will then reach out to the carrier to investigate and establish the exact circumstances. We kindly ask for your patience as this investigation may take some time, and we will notify you immediately as soon as we receive a response from the carrier.

AtelierOrna currently accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also support payments processed through PayPal for added convenience. I don't have a PayPal account. What should I do? You can complete your payment with a debit or credit card via PayPal, no account required. Simply follow these steps: Select Check out with PayPal and you'll be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Instead of logging into a PayPal account, choose the Pay with Debit or Credit Card option. Fill in your billing details and credit/debit card information as prompted. Enter your email address to receive a payment receipt from PayPal. Click Continue to return to the AtelierOrna checkout page. Your payment will only be processed once you click Submit order on our site.

Please note that upon arrival in your destination country, your order is subject to local import taxes and duties in accordance with national regulations. These fees are not included in your AtelierOrna purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Where applicable, our team will provide necessary documentation and support for any customs-related communications to facilitate the clearance process. For US customers: Import duties are waived for all orders with a declared value of under $800 USD.
