Our Story

AtelierOrna was founded in 2026 and is based at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Our brand was born out of a deep love for traditional woodworking and nature’s authentic beauty.
At a time when mass production and standardization dominate the market, our founder grew up immersed in woodworking culture and came to realize that every piece of wood carries unique, irreplaceable stories—stories that machines can never truly replicate. This awareness became the starting point of AtelierOrna: to create wood pieces that carry warmth, history and soul, rather than just industrial products.
Starting with basic hand tools and unwavering devotion to detail, we rejected standardized manufacturing and insisted on a fully handmade process. We respect the natural texture and vitality of wood, so that every work we make is one-of-a-kind.
This commitment to timeless craftsmanship has grown our small workshop into a brand that brings together like-minded artisans, all sharing a passion for handcraft and a deep respect for nature.

Our Craft

Guided by the principle "Wood has a spirit, and carving knives hold affection," we use FSC-certified logs (oak, beech, cherry) dried naturally to 8-12% moisture for durability. Each piece undergoes dozens of hand processes—cutting, mortise-tenon joining, polishing, carving—no machines, just artisans’ care. Every curve and grain is unique, a hallmark of true handcraft.
