What is the delivery timeframe for my order?
For made-to-order pieces, the production period typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, as we prioritize craftsmanship and quality.

Shipping Method by Dimensions
For all sculptures with dimensions exceeding 47.64"H × 19.69"W × 19.69"D, we use sea freight to accommodate their larger size.
For sculptures with dimensions at or below 47.64"H × 19.69"W × 19.69"D, we use air freight for faster delivery.
Estimated Transit Times
Air Freight: 7–12 business days
Sea Freight: 3–5 weeks
Every order undergoes meticulous packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is dispatched.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and local logistics conditions.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order directly through our website using your unique tracking number.
If you need to locate your tracking number, follow these steps: Log into your AtelierOrna account, navigate to your order history, and click on the tracking number associated with your item—this will redirect you to the carrier’s tracking page.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are already included in the listed price of each artwork, so there are no hidden fees.
Insurance
Your order is fully insured against damage, loss, or theft during transit, providing you with complete peace of mind.
Nearly all AtelierOrna artworks qualify for worldwide free shipping. To expedite delivery, some items may be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to you. For further questions or concerns, please contact our support team at info@atelierorna.com.
Taxes & Customs:
AtelierOrna is not liable for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other related charges. These fees are determined by the laws and regulations of your destination country, and we have no control over them. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. The amount varies based on the shipping address’s country and region. We recommend contacting your local customs office to clarify applicable fees before placing your order. AtelierOrna will not cover any additional customs or tax charges incurred during shipment.

What if my order goes missing or arrives damaged?
If there is any problem with your order, please reach out to us at info@atelierorna.com promptly.
Capture photos of the packaging—ideally prior to opening it—and clear images of the actual damage to the artwork. The more photos you provide, the simpler it will be for us to support you with your request.
Your order is fully covered by insurance. Should any issue occur, you qualify for a complete refund, unless you wish to retain the item and opt for repairs or a replacement. In such instances, we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced at no extra cost to you.
